Sally Cetrulo Gildea comes to Scala Del Nonna with a deep passion for the restaurant business, fueled by her early cooking experiences in the kitchen, many alongside her grandmother. This led her to 15 years as hostess at Scalini Fedeli in Chatham.

She continued to hone her skills as a pastry chef in her brother Michael's Scalini Fedeli New York City and New Jersey locations. Sally's position as Managing Partner of Scala Del Nonna allows her to use her restaurant experience coupled with her passion for hospitality to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests who dine at Scala Del Nonna!

Sally now takes that spirit and commitment to Montclair. Her mastery as a Pastry Chef and expertise at creating a wonderful dining experience for their customers will be a hallmark of this latest venture of her brother Michael Cetrulo.
